I am a Mom of two and when I need some rest and reset I am quick to book a gamat of experience here at the sanctuary. From a fire and a bath all the way up to a night stay. Sauna and cold plunge are not the only offerings here.
I highly recommend a bath for one for solitude. Or a good friend and a sauna with fire pit hang times in between to replenish the soul.
